Are Nifty Scent's Fragrances Authentic?
Yes! Every fragrance from Nifty Scent is 100% authentic and untainted. We decant into unused & sterilized atomizers in a clean-room environment for purity and safety.
Does Nifty Scent Partner with the Designers and Manufacturers?
Currently, we do not have relationships developed directly with the designers or manufacturers, but we do have relationships with some distribution channels. Moving forward, our plan is to make more direct connections so that we may pass along more savings to our subscribers.
Does Nifty Scent Guarantee Satisfaction with My Fragrance?
While we are definitely responsible for getting your fragrance to you, we cannot guarantee that you will like/love every scent that you sample. To increase the likelihood that you will enjoy each sample that we ship, we are currently working on partnerships with specific retailers to enable in-person testing prior to requesting a scent.
What is the Nifty Scent Return/Refund Policy?
Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to except returns or offer refunds. However, in our efforts to make sure that you are satisfied with your Nifty Scents experience, we do provide live customer care to resolve issues.
How is Nifty Scent Different from Fragrance Subscription Services?
If you're familiar with our "competition," you'll know that other services ship 8ml samples... we provide 25% more in our 10ml spray bottles. Other services let you choose from their "available" inventory (usually including a number of unknown low-level scents)... we curate a selection of very well established brands (not the ones found in discount bins or two-for-one sales). Other services shy away from offering high-end fragrances... High-end is Nifty Scent's sweet spot!
